Rules

The rules of the game, the website and the shop.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These rules apply to the Pure Cabal game server and to purecabal.com. By creating an account you accept them. Pure Cabal is a fan server and is not affiliated with ESTsoft or any official CABAL publisher.

Operator: PureCabal
Contact: contact@purecabal.com

1. Your account

  • One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for everything done on it.
  • Keep your password secret. The Pure Cabal team will never ask for it, in game, on Discord or by e-mail.
  • Selling, buying, sharing or lending accounts is not allowed.
  • Account IDs and character names must not be offensive, impersonate other people or staff, or advertise anything.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or play with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Fair play

  • No cheats, hacks, bots, third-party automation or modified game files. The built-in BM3 Extreme Combo, Auto Loot and Auto Extract are allowed; they are part of the game.
  • No exploiting bugs. If you find one, report it to the team instead of using it.
  • No trading items, Alz or characters for real money or anything outside the game.
  • No scamming other players, for example with false trade promises.
  • No attacks on the server or the website, and no attempts to access other people's accounts.

3. Respect

  • No insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
  • No spam, flooding or advertising other servers or services.
  • No pretending to be a member of the team.
  • Follow the instructions of the team during events and when they help you.

4. Sanctions

Depending on how serious a violation is, the team can give a warning, mute you, remove items or currency gained unfairly, temporarily block the account or close it permanently. Accounts used to get around a block are blocked as well. If you think a sanction was a mistake, write to the contact address above.

5. Shop, Mileage and Premium

  • Pure Cabal has no pay to win. The in-game Cash Shop runs on Dungeon Points earned by playing. Real money only buys Mileage and Premium.
  • Mileage is a virtual currency used only for skins: character costumes, weapon skins, bike skins and wings. It gives no in-game advantage, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged back for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Premium is a one-time purchase that lasts 30 days. It is not a subscription and does not renew by itself. Everything it contains can also be earned with Dungeon Points.
  • Prices are shown in euro before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.
  • Mileage and Premium are delivered right after the payment is confirmed. Before paying you agree to this immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the delivery has started, as allowed by EU consumer law for digital content.
  • If something you paid for was not delivered, write to us with your Stripe receipt and we will fix it or refund you.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute opened without contacting us first leads to blocking the account until it is resolved. Mileage from refunded payments is removed from the account.
  • Buyers who are not adults need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

6. The service

  • We work to keep the server online and fair, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available. Maintenance and updates can interrupt the game.
  • Game content, balance and events can change with updates.
  • If Pure Cabal ever closes for good, we will announce it in advance in the news.

7. Changes to these rules

We can change these rules. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced in the news. Playing after a change means you accept the new version.
