Free rewards for new characters as they reach their first level and rank milestones.
Newbie Support helps new characters get started. Open the Newbie Support window and you will see a list of goals, such as reaching a certain level or battle style rank, each with its reward.
How to claim
When you reach a goal, its rewards light up. You claim them one item at a time, and each item goes straight into your inventory. If your inventory is full, make some room and claim the rest later.
What you get
The rewards are made for the levels you are at: equipment, consumables and materials that make the road to the higher levels faster.
Cannot be Upgraded
Weapons, armor and accessories that you can only get from Newbie Support (for example Obsidian GreatSword or Novice Adventurer Chain Mail) cannot be upgraded: no normal, Extreme, Divine or Chaos upgrade, no Force Core options and no converters. You can still sell them, extract them, register them in a collection and change their look. Items that you can also get elsewhere, like Arcana of Laws or Carnelian, can be upgraded as usual.
